Indian Gooseberry Digestive

Gooseberries are packed with Vitamin C, which is extremely good for the general health.  This digestive is easy to make and can be stored up to a year.

Ingredients:
10 Indian Gooseberries
Juice of half Lemon
Salt to taste

Method:
Cut Gooseberries into pieces.

Mix Lemon juice and Salt to the Gooseberry pieces.  Sun dry for few days and store in airtight jars.
