Depending on the number of Ayudha / weapons that the ruler owned decided how powerful he was in that region. Weapons comprised of daggers, guns, revolvers, swords, cannons, cannons on wheels and so on.
We can see all these displayed in most of the palace museums in India. It is fascinating to see the different types of weapons used for self defence. Based on these new weapons have evolved over time and these though destructive have become a necessity for nations across the world.
