Mint and Tomato Pizza

I was delighted to get Whole Wheat Pizza base, which is much more healthy than White Pizza base / Maida.  Mint Chutney and Tomato Sauce  makes this Pizza tangy, spicy, and aromatic.

Time Required: 40 Minutes

Ingredients:
2 Pizza base
3tbsp Mint Chutney
1/2 Red Pepper, Sliced
1/2 Green Capsicum, Sliced
1/2 Yellow Pepper, Sliced
3/4 Cup Grated Mozerella Cheese
1 Onion, Sliced

For the Tomato sauce:
1 Cup Tomato Puree
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Basil
2tsp Sugar
1tbsp Olive Oil
1tsp Chili Flakes
Salt to taste

Method:
For the Tomato sauce:
Heat Oil, add Tomato Puree and saute until the moisture evaporates. Add Sugar, Salt, Oregano, and Chili flakes. Remove from heat.

For the Pizza:
Apply Mint Chutney to one half of the Pizza base and Tomato Sauce to the other half of the Pizza.

Arrange Pepper, Onion, and Capsicum over it. Sprinkle grated Cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
