Flat Noodles tossed in Vegetables

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
250 gms Flat Noodles
2tbsp Oil
1 Small Capsicum, cut into juliennes
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1 Carrot, Sliced thinly
2tbsp Chili Sauce
2tbsp Soya Sauce
1tbsp Vinegar
2 Onions, slices
6 Garlic Pods, Chopped
1” Ginger, cut into juliennes
Salt to taste

Method:
Cook Noodles, until done, strain, run cold water and keep aside. Heat Oil, add Garlic, Ginger, Onions and sauté for a minute. Add Capsicum, Cabbage and Carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add Chili and Soya Sauce and mix well. Add Vinegar, Salt and the cooked noodles and toss gently. Serve hot.
