Time Required: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Dry Ginger Powder
1 Cardamom, Crushed or powdered with Sugar
8 tbsp Jaggery
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder or Crushed Peppercorns

Method:
To half a liter of water, mix all the ingredients and chill.

Pour into glasses and serve the refreshing Saunth Panak.
