Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Creamy smoothie made from yogurt, dragon fruit and banana.

Time Required: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 dragon fruit
1 Banana (Robusta)
4 – 6 tsp Sugar
1 Cup hung Yogurt / Curds
½ Cup milk
3 tbsp sliced Sugar coated Almonds or Cornflakes

Method:
Peel and cut the Dragon fruit and Banana into chunks.

Combine with the rest of the ingredients and blend. Chill.


Serve Dragon Fruit Banana Smoothie topped with cornflakes or sliced sugar coated almonds.
