Caramalised Banana with Butterscotch Sauce

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
For Butterscotch Sauce:
250gms Sugar
250 ml Cream
125 gms Butter

For Praline:
125gms Sugar
50gms Cashew nuts

For the Banana Caramel:
50gms Sugar
2tbsp Butter
4 Bananas, cut in halves

For Serving:
2 – 3 Scoops Ice Cream
3 – 4 tbsp Butter scotch syrup
Mint Leaves
Cherry
1/4 Cup Praline Powder

Method:
For Butterscotch Sauce:
Heat a pan add  Sugar and let it melt, now add Cream and keep mixing continuously. Now add  Butter and keep aside.

 

For the Banana Caramel:
Heat pan add Sugar,  Butter. Let the Sugar melt now, add 2 whole Bananas and let it cool.

 

For Serving:
Arrange two caramelized Banana slices into a serving bowl.

Add 2 – 3 scoops of Ice Cream, pour 3 – 4 tbsp Butter scotch syrup and sprinkle Praline over it.

Garnish with Mint and Cherry and serve Caramalised Banana with Butterscotch Sauce.
