Flaxseed Meal – How to make flaxseed meal

Flaxseed meal

Flaxseed meal is grounded flaxseed, which is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.  This helps in heart health and digestion and can be mixed in oatmeal, dosa-idli batter, or roti flour.

Ingredients:
1 cup Flaxseeds

Method:
Roast Flaxseeds and grind to a powder.  Store in dry airtight containers.
