  1. Add a spoon of Ghee to almost cooked Rice before removing it from heat, this adds a wonderful aroma to the Rice.
  2. A little chopped Celery or a Bay leaf or two or a few crush Cardamoms flavor the Rice without coloring it.
  3. Sour Cream can be made successfully by adding a little Lemon Juice to Fresh Cream.
