  1. When using agar agar, soak it in a little cold water for a few minutes to allow it to swell. Then place the basin over a pan of hot water to dissolve the agar agar completely.
  2. Before using Saffron in any dish, roast it for 5 seconds. They become crisp and now you can crush and soak them in milk or water.
  3. A few stands of saffron dissolved in little milk and added to any cooked dish can enhance its flavor.
