Who better than Gautham Buddha to represent Peace?  This arrangement using Bamboo and Buddha bust gives out the most peaceful oriental vibe.

The famous Three Refuges (or Triple Gem) in Buddhism, represents a devotee’s commitment to finding guidance, protection, and ultimate enlightenment in Sanskrit are as follows:

  • Buddham Saranam Gacchami means “I take refuge in the Buddha”
    • This means relying on the example of the enlightened one as a spiritual guide and role model. 
  • Dhammam Saranam Gacchami means “I take refuge in the Dharma”
    • This signifies seeking shelter in the cosmic truth, the teachings of the Buddha, and the natural laws of the universe.
  • Sangham Saranam Gacchami means “I take refuge in the Sangha”
    • This refers to the community of Buddhist practitioners, monks, nuns, or any group of individuals dedicated to living a mindful and virtuous life.

Material required:
Bamboo container
Another tiny container to hold water and arrangem the flowers
Cyprus or ferns
White baby spray flowers
1 Red Rose

Method:
Fill water in the tiny container and place it inside the Bamboo.  Cut the foliage and flowers to size.

Arrange to cover the bamboo opening.
