Time Required: 30 Minutes
10 Large Potatoes
Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder to taste
Oil for frying
A pinch of Cooking Soda
Peel the Potatoes and cut into thin circles. Wash with water and let them stand for sometime in salted water, to which a pinch of cooking soda has been added.
Drain. Remove and pat dry the Potatoes using a dry cloth. Heat Oil in a frying pan and fry the Potatoes to a golden color.
Remove with a slotted spoon and spread on a sheet of paper.
Sprinkle Potato Chips with Salt, Pepper and Chili Powder
