Kurkuri Bhindi is a snack prepared using Okra (Ladies Finger).

10 – 15 Bhindi / Okra / Ladies Finger
2tbsp Gram flour
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Wash and dry Bhindi. Cut the ends and cut into thin strips.
Mix Gram Flour, Chili Powder, Chaat Masala, and Salt in a small bowl. Add this Gram Flour mixture to the Bhindi strips. Mix well to coat all the strips with the Gram Flour mixture.
Heat Oil and deep fry until crisp and brown.
Serve Kurkuri Bhindi with hot tea.
