Koshimbir

This is a salad prepared in Maharashtrian style. Very tasty and nutritious.

Time Required: 10 Minutes

Koshimbir

Ingredients:
1 Cucumber, Peeled and chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Tomato, Chopped
3 tbsp Roasted and Peeled Groundnuts, Crushed
1 Green Chilies, Chopped
Juice of ½ Lemon
2 sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Salt to taste

Koshimbir

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
