Quinoa cooked in Chinese style adds a twist to the menu.
Time required: 30 Minutes
1 Cup Quinoa
1 – 2 Green Chilies, slit
1 Onion, sliced
1 Carrot, Peeled and sliced and boiled
1/2 Cup Peas, boiled
1/2 Sweet Corn, boiled
10 Broccoli florets, steamed
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
2 – 3 tbsp Oil
Few sprigs Spring Onion, Chopped
Salt to taste
Wash Quinoa two times and cook until done.
Heat Oil, add Green Chilies and Onions and saute.
Add the other vegetables and stir.
Add Soya sauce, Chili sauce, and Salt.
Add Quinoa and spring Onion and mix well.
