Singapore Noodles is wholesome and tasty. The dish is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins! You can call this a power noodles!
Time required: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:1 Pack Plain Noodles
1 Cup Spring Onion, Chopped finely
1 Cup Red, Yellow, Green Pepper sliced
1 Cup Cabbage, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
1 big Carrot, peeled and sliced
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
2 Green Chilies, slit
Juice of half Lemon
4 – 5 Garlic pods, Chopped
1 – 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1″ Ginger, Sliced
2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, Peeled and halved
2 – 3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Boil Noodles, drain and keep aside. Heat Oil, add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, and Onion and saute for a minute.
Next, add Cabbage and Carrot and saute for a minute.
Add Pepper and saute for another minute.
Add Schezwan sauce and mix well.
Add Salt and Noodles and gently toss.
Add Spring Onions and Coriander leaves and toss again.
Add Peanuts and Lemon juice and mix gently.
Remove to a serving dish and serve hot Noodles with Jasmine tea.
