Kiwi Soufflé

After a hearty bread based meal, Kiwi soufflé is apt to be served as a dessert.
Cuisine: French
Time Required: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
200 gms Whipping Cream
2tbsp Sugar
½ Cup Kiwi Crush
5 gms of Agar Agar / China Grass
Method:
Soak Agar Agar in half cup of water for 30 minutes.
Cook Agar Agar on a double boiler until it dissolves.
In another bowl whip Cream and Sugar till it is thick and firm.
Add Kiwi crush, warm Gelatin to the whipped Cream and fold it.
Spread a spoonful of Kiwi crush over the mixture. Refrigerate for an hour.
Garnish with more crush and Kiwi fruit slices and serve.
