Indian bread stuffed with cooked lentil.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup cooked Tur Dal / Split Red Gram
4 Green Chilies
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste

Phool Gobi (cauliflower) Paratha

Bread stuffed with Cauliflower and spices.  This is a very popular dish in North India.

Onion and Gram flour stuffed bread.  This paratha is extremely tasty and form the state of Punjab.

Bhajra Jowar Paratha

This bread is prepared by mixing Sorghum flour and Black Millet flour with chopped Spring Onions, Ginger and Chilies.
Time Required: 25 Minutes
Makes: 8 Parathas
