Hittina Masala Dosa

Pancakes prepared using a mixture of different flours.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice Flour
2 Cups Sorgam / Jowar Flour
1 Cup Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Uddina Hittu / Urad Dal Flour / Black Gram split flour
1 Tomato, Chopped
1 Onions, Chopped
1tbsp Chili Powder
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
Oil for roasting

Cabbage Dosa

Crispy dosas/crepes with crunchy cabbage.
Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking Time + Fermenting Time

1½ Cups Raw Rice
½ Cup Urad Dal/Black Gram split
1 tsp Methi/Fenugreek Seeds
2 tbsp Tuvar Dal/Red Gram split
2 Cups Cabbage, Shredded or Chopped finely

Few Curry Leaves, Chopped finely

Cucumber Dosa

A crepe prepared using Cucumber and Rice.
Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking Time
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cucumber
4 Green Chilies
½ tsp Turmeric Powder

Mysore Set Dosa

The crepes/pancakes are served in sets.  Earlier a set consisted of 4 Dosas, now it is 3 Dosas in a set.  It is a filling breakfast served along with Chutney and Sagu or Kurma.
