Chutney prepared using Raw Mangoes. This can be preserved for a long time. Ingredients: 2 Big Raw Mangoes 2 – 4 tbsp Chili Powder 1tsp Fenugreek Seeds ¼ tsp Hing / Asafoetida 1tsp Turmeric Powder 6 – 8 tbsp Oil 1tsp Mustard Seeds 6tbsp Salt

Gongura/Hibiscus cannabinus/Sorelle leaves is a kind of leaf related to roselle. These leaves can be preserved by preparing pickles/thokku/pachchadi. A hot favorite among natives of Andhra Pradesh.
