Ingredients:
10 Lemons
1tsp Hing / Asafoetida
10 – 15 Green Chilies
1tsp Roasted and Powdered Menthya / Methi / Fenugreek seeds
4tbsp Salt

Gongura/Hibiscus cannabinus/Sorelle leaves is a kind of leaf related to roselle. These leaves can be preserved by preparing pickles/thokku/pachchadi. A hot favorite among natives of Andhra Pradesh.

A chutney prepared using Indian Gooseberries, which can be stored for a long time.
Ingredients:
30 Indian Gooseberries
3/4 Cup Salt
2 tsp Oil
1tsp Asafoetida
4tsp Fenugreek Seeds
20 Green Chilies
