Rose Milk is a favorite drink among all age groups. If the Rose syrup is prepared at home, then the taste quotient rises higher.
Time Required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Rose Syrup
2 Glasses of Milk
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional)
½ tsp Rose Color (Optional)
Few petals of Roses or Roses for Garnish
Ingredients:
10 Jamoon / Nerale Hannu / Indian Blackberry
2 Glasses of water
½ Cup sugar
A pinch of Salt
4 – 5 tsp Lemon Juice
Method:
Boil Jamoon in 1 glass of water. Squeeze the fruit and remove the pulp. Sieve. Add Sugar, Lemon juice, and Salt and mix well. Add another glass of water. Chill for an hour. Pour into glasses and serve.

½ Cup Pudina / Mint leaves
1tsp Lemon Juice
4tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
2 Glasses of Water
Method:
Wash Pudina leaves and boil the leaves in 1 Glass of water. Sieve and add Sugar, Lemon, and Salt. Mix well add another glass of water. Chill for an hour. Pour into glasses and serve.
