Baked packets filled with Cinnamon flavored Apple.

Time Required: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Apple
1tbsp Brown Sugar
1ts Lemon Juice
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
2 tbsp Sugar Powder

Method:
Pre-heat the oven and grease a baking tray. Mix Apples, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon.

Ingredients:
4 – 5 Wonton sheets
Oil for deep frying
Sugar Powder to taste

Fruit Custard

Time Required: 40 Minutes
Serves: 6

Fruit Custard

Ingredients:
1 Apple
2 Banana
1 Orange
1/2 Cup Seedless Grapes
1 Chikoo/Sapota
1 tbsp Cherries
4 Cups Milk
3 tbsp Milk
2tbsp Custard Powder
5tbsp Sugar

Method:
Chop Apple, Sapota and Banana into small pieces, slit grapes and cherries into two. Peel the Orange segments. Mix all the fruits in a bowl and keep it aside.

Boil Milk in a thick-bottomed pan. In a separate bowl mix the Custard Powder and 3tbsp Milk and add this to the Milk. Add Sugar and cook, continuously stirring until the Milk thickens and the powder gets cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool.
