As usual I was very enthusiastic to bake a cake for Christmas. First I baked a Strawberry Sponge Cake and then converted that to a lovely celebration Strawberry pastry. A perfect way to end the year!

2 Cups of Water
2 Cups of Sugar
3/4 Cup of Unsalted Butter
1½ Cup Yogurt/Curd
1/5 tsp Baking Soda
1tsp Salt
2tsp all Spice powder (Cinnamon + Cloves + Peppercorns + Saunf/Aniseed)
