Ingredients:
1 Cup Almonds, soaked in water
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Ghee / Clarified Butter
¾ Cup Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
Few strands of Saffron soaked in Milk

Ingredients:
3 Cups Milk
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Plain Khoya/Dehydrated Milk or 4 tbsp Milk Powder
1tbsp Cornflour
2tbsp Cashew nut Powder
½ tbsp Cardamom Powder or Essence
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a thick-bottomed pan and boil for 5 minutes.
